All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations due to personal reasons, travel disruptions, or changes in schedule.
Once a booking is confirmed, the full payment will be deemed forfeited, and no refunds will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation.
However, bookings are transferable to another individual, provided that the transfer is informed to and approved by the event organiser at least 72 hours prior to the event.

3. How long does delivery takes?Β
Once your order has been made, it will take around 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive with local Standard Delivery. If you pick the next day or same day service, you can expect to receive the parcel the next day or the same day respectively.
For International orders, it will take 7 to 14 working days to arrive depending on custom clearance.

Standard name customization takes 5 days. If you need it urgently, you may opt for express name customization. It will be ready in 24 hours.
