1. How do I place an order?
Found something you like? Just click the ‘Add to Cart’ button!
When you're done, click ‘Check Out’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code, do key in before you check out.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. However, do note that all refunds for cancellation will be in store credit. We do not refund cash payment.
3. Why was my order cancelled?
Orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive payments from you via the payment gateways within 24 hours.
4. What do I do if there's a problem with my order?
We are more than ready to assist you. Email us your order number at info@deendunya.co
5. I did not receive any email confirmation after checking out.
Oh no! If you keyed in your contact number instead of your email address, you will receive the order confirmation via SMS.
If you provided your email address, do check your inbox under the ‘Promotions’ tab. Just in case you can't find it, you may want to check your Junk Mail as well.
6. Are the items in-stock?
Yes! They are all in-stock.

We have multiple ways for you to securely make payments online.

For Singaporean users only.
2. Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard only)
All our payment gateways capture payments in SGD (Singapore $).
For international cards, you will be charged according to the country currency you are in.

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in SGD.
Shipping Options
1. What are my shipping options?
For shoppers in Singapore, we offer a standard local delivery, next day delivery, same day delivery and self-pickup!
Global shoppers can rejoice as we provide door-step delivery worldwide!
2. What are the shipping rates?
Standard Delivery (3-4 working days) $5
Next Working Day $10
Same Day Delivery $15
Delivery between 10am - 11pm
FREE standard local delivery for purchases above $150!
3. How long does delivery takes?
Once your order has been made, it will take around 3-4 working days for your parcel to arrive with local Standard Delivery. If you pick the next day or same day service, you can expect to receive the parcel the next day or the same day respectively.
For International orders, it will take 7 to 14 working days to arrive depending on custom clearance.
4. How long does name customization takes?
Standard name customization takes 5 days. If you need it urgently, you may opt for express name customization. It will be ready in 24 hours.
However, do opt for Same Day Delivery so that you can receive your order on time.
5. Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?

Pick up Option
1. Do I have to pay if I choose Pickup option?
Nope! There is no charge if you would like to do a self-pickup.
2. How do I select Pickup?
Before you check out online, please select Pick Up. Pickup is now available from Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Saturday & Sunday , 11am - 5pm at Golden Landmark.
3. When can I collect my order?
You will receive a text/email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up address will be provided in the text.
Generally, you can collect your order on the same day after 7pm when you order anytime before 12pm. For orders made after 12pm, your package will be available for pickup the next day. **
**Only for orders with no name customization. For orders with name customization, it will require additional standard 5 days or 24 hours for express name customization.
4. Do I have to book an appointment for pick up?
Nope! You may collect anytime from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. However, do ensure that you have received the email notification stating that your order is ready for pick-up. Do quote your order number upon arrival.
