1. How do I place an order? 
 
Found something you like? Just click the ‘Add to Cart’ button!
 
When you're done, click ‘Check Out’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code, do key in before you check out. 
 
2. Can I cancel my order? 
 
Yes, you can. However, do note that all refunds for cancellation will be in store credit. We do not refund cash payment.
 
3. Why was my order cancelled? 
 
Orders are automatically cancelled if we do not receive payments from you via the payment gateways within 24 hours.
 
4. What do I do if there's a problem with my order? 
 
We are more than ready to assist you. Email us your order number at info@deendunya.co
 
 
5. I did not receive any email confirmation after checking out. 
 
 
Oh no! If you keyed in your contact number instead of your email address, you will receive the order confirmation via SMS.
 
If you provided your email address, do check your inbox under the ‘Promotions’ tab. Just in case you can't find it, you may want to check your Junk Mail as well. 
 
6. Are the items in-stock?
 
Yes! They are all in-stock.

All prices are in SGD.

 

 Shipping Options
 

1. What are my shipping options? 


For shoppers in Singapore, we offer a standard local delivery, next day delivery, same day delivery and self-pickup!

Global shoppers can rejoice as we provide door-step delivery worldwide!

 

2. What are the shipping rates? 

Standard Delivery (3-4 working days) $5
Next Working Day $10-$15 (Rates auto-calculated based on distance)
Same Day Delivery (Rates auto-calculated based on distance) $15-$20 

Delivery between 10am - 10pm

FREE standard local delivery for purchases above $150!


3. How long does delivery takes? 

Once your order has been made, it will take around 3-4 working days for your parcel to arrive with local Standard Delivery. If you pick the next day or same day service, you can expect to receive the parcel the next day or the same day respectively.

For International orders, it will take 7 to 14 working days to arrive depending on custom clearance.

 
4. How long does name customization takes?


Standard name customization takes 1-2 days. If you need it urgently, do drop us an email/WhatsApp. Once you receive a confirmation, do opt for Same Day Delivery so that you can receive your order on time. 


5. Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?

Pick up Option



1. Do I have to pay if I choose Pickup option? 

Nope! There is no charge if you would like to do a self-pickup.

2. How do I select Pickup? 

Before you check out online, please select Pick Up. 

 

3. Can I order and pick up from your retail outlets at Golden Landmark or Haji Lane?

Yes definitely! Do call beforehand at these 2 hotlines;

4. When can I collect my order? 


You will receive a text/email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up address will be provided in the text.

Generally, you can collect your order on the same day after 2pm when you order anytime before 11am. For orders made after 11am, your package will be available for pickup the next day.

 

 5. Do I have to book an appointment for pick up?

Nope! You may collect anytime according to store operating hours. However, do ensure that you have received the email notification stating that your order is ready for pick-up. Do quote your order number upon arrival.
