Booking Terms & Participant Agreement

By making a booking with Deen Dunya Travel & Tours Pte. Ltd. ("DDTT"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from DDTT.

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated.

2. Travel Documentation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, travel documents and any other requirements necessary for entry into the destination country.

DDTT shall not be responsible for any losses, expenses or missed departures arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.

3. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

* Medical expenses
* Personal accidents
* Trip cancellations
* Travel delays
* Loss or damage of personal belongings

DDTT shall not be liable for losses that would otherwise be covered under travel insurance.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.

Any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements or mobility concerns should be disclosed before departure.

In the event of illness, injury or medical emergency during the trip, DDTT reserves the right to seek medical treatment on behalf of the participant if necessary.

Any medical, hospital, transportation or related costs shall be borne solely by the participant.

5. Assumption of Travel Risks

Participants acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

* Accidents and injuries
* Illnesses
* Transportation disruptions
* Acts of nature
* Political or civil disturbances
* Weather-related disruptions

By participating in the trip, participants voluntarily assume such risks.

6. Limitation of Liability

DDTT acts as an organiser and coordinator of travel services.

DDTT shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, inconvenience, accident, illness, death or expense arising from:

* Actions or omissions of third-party suppliers
* Airlines, hotels, transport providers or venues
* Government actions or restrictions
* Natural disasters
* Force majeure events
* Circumstances beyond DDTT's reasonable control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DDTT's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the participant for the travel package.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travellers, staff, facilitators, guides and service providers.

DDTT reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, abusive or inappropriate.

No refunds shall be provided in such cases.

8. Itinerary Changes

DDTT reserves the right to amend itineraries, accommodation, transportation arrangements, speakers, facilitators, activities or schedules where reasonably necessary.

Such changes may occur due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond DDTT's control.

9. Cancellation by Participant

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds (if applicable) shall be subject to the cancellation policy stated for the specific trip.

Any administrative, banking, ticketing or third-party charges incurred may be deducted from any refund amount.

10. Cancellation by DDTT

DDTT reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any trip due to insufficient participation, safety concerns, force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control.

Where applicable, participants may be offered:

* A rescheduled departure;
* Travel credit; or
* A refund of recoverable amounts received by DDTT.

DDTT shall not be liable for any consequential losses, including airfare, accommodation or personal expenses booked independently.

11. Personal Belongings

Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.

DDTT shall not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal property during the trip.

12. Photography & Media

Photographs, videos and recordings may be taken during the trip for promotional, marketing and documentation purposes.

By participating, you grant DDTT permission to use such content without compensation unless you notify DDTT in writing prior to departure.

13. Force Majeure

DDTT shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters
* Epidemics or pandemics
* Government restrictions
* Civil unrest
* War
* Terrorist acts
* Transportation disruptions

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

15. Acceptance

By completing your booking, you confirm that:

* You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
* You voluntarily participate in the trip.
* You accept the inherent risks associated with travel.
* You agree to release and hold harmless DDTT, its directors, employees, facilitators, guides and representatives from claims arising from risks inherent in travel, except where caused by DDTT's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
