Suitable for:
Apparel, accessories, fragrances, skincare, home items, books, gifts, toys, gadgets, and pre-packed food (as per SFA guidelines).

 

SFA guidelines for pre-packed food:
• Food must come from licensed kitchens or approved facilities
• No home-prepared food is allowed
• All food must be fully pre-packed before entering the hall
• Cakes, cookies, and snacks must be individually packed, even in display containers
🚫 Not permitted: cooking, heating, scooping, serving, or open food displays

 

 

Important notes for F&B exhibitors (per SFA):

● SFA Temporary Fair Stall Permit is required (to be applied via Qooee after booking)
● All food must be properly covered and displayed hygienically
● Gloves or utensils must be used when handling food; a face mask or spit guard is compulsory
● All food handlers must have passed Food Safety Course Level 1 and be registered with SFA
● Refresher course is required if certification is older than 5 years
🚫 Not allowed: raw ready-to-eat seafood/meat (e.g. sushi, sashimi), raw salads, rojak, spring rolls, or any food displayed openly for customer picking
● Pre-mixed drinks (e.g. air balang) must be from licensed sources and dispensed hygienically (no scooping from tubs)

3. How long does delivery takes? 

Once your order has been made, it will take around 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive with local Standard Delivery. If you pick the next day or same day service, you can expect to receive the parcel the next day or the same day respectively.

For International orders, it will take 7 to 14 working days to arrive depending on custom clearance.

 
4. How long does name customization takes?


Standard name customization takes 5 days. If you need it urgently, you may opt for express name customization. It will be ready in 24 hours.
